The Dead Cities

The Wounded is a story of redemption, where the worst of men is given the opportunity and directive to repair the damage of his life. This is the beginning of that redemption.

Fifteen years have passed since monsters came from an ancient forest to burn the world. The world has never moved on, swirling around its brokenness, and there are an endless number of wounded people struggling to recover and live on under the evils that rule. The hero’s of the past age are consumed with their own ambitions or their families. No one dreams or cares to fix anything.

Now, deep inside a forgotten crypt, outside a ruined city, on the other side of the great forest, a long dead and buried soul is restored, woken up, and told to put the whole world back together again.
